hey im from melb and i just started on the south beach, lol it is so hard at the moment.
i might not write back for a while coz my mum wont let me use the internet coz she thinks eating low carb is being annorexic!

Higher carbs, more whole grains, lower fats, 'good fats' ... less saturated.
