Breakfast/snack/Lunch:
I had a small piece of my LF/LC cheese cake
1 cup of coffee with FF cream and splenda
I slept in really late. I ended up not going to bed last night until 3 am because of my horrible diet soda overdose and had a nasty, nauseating stomach ache.
Dinner:
I trimmed a pork roast and it's in the crock pot.
For the side dish it's fresh green beans.
Dessert?
Eh, I'm all cheesed out. Be it ricotta creme or cheese cake. So probably none.
Maybe a SF jello if I really have a hankerin for sweet.
Workout later. Definately.
Drinking nothing but water today after this needed cup of coffee.
