Saw this recommended on Mary Shomon's thyroid site. Anyone familiar with it? It's a liquid version of citrimax,CLA, etc....just wondering.

What would be the benefit besides plain old LC and regular exercise? I have plenty enough in my supplement budget as it is, that support long-term health. Haven't done too well spending money on anything that is mostly aimed at losing weight faster than LC.
