Today's planned menus:
Breakfast: Fat-free Greek Yoghurt and 150ml V8 juice
Mid-morning snack: Celery sticks with a philly extra light mini tub
Lunch: Tuna Salsa Salad on romaine lettuce
Mid-afternoon Snack: Vanilla ricotta creme
Dinner: Thai Chicken Cakes (http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=179880) (click for recipe)* served with a South Beach Chopped Salad
* Because I am now following a South Beach woe, I will be grilling the Thai chicken cakes rather than frying them.
LOL foxgluvs! ~ though it did occur to me that it may be only the two of us who appreciate the joke!

Leftover steak

Something with chicken breasts. I have some endive I need to use. I have some cabbage to. Hmm..and Eggplant. I have some left over SF tomatoe sauce in the freezer.
Dessert:
None probably. Seriously, I've been eating a late dinner. I'm not hungry at 6 or so and don't eat until 8-9. This keeps the dessert cravings away, so I haven't been eating any for the past couple days.

Hiya CAG!!!
Phylli franks? Brown and serve sausages? Thats alot of processed meats in just one day. You need to check the sodium content when you eat those kinds of meats as they are all usually way too high in sodium.
