:q: Can someone explain the difference between the CAD and the CALP programs?

Any help would be appreciated!

CAD = Eat once a day, anything you want, as much as you want for one hour. PACK IT IN! Eat a pound of sugar! Who cares! Lose weight! Eat 2 low carb meals.

CALP= Eat a balanced meal once a day, eat low carb 2 meals. Avoid sugar substitutes, take chromium, avoid MSG... etc.

Thanks for taking your time to try to help me figure out what the difference between the two CAD/CALP.

My library going to call me as soon as either book gets back in. :D
