We all lazed around this morning and slept in....

Brunch: Egg sub. scrambled with 98%ff ham slices, ff cheese, bell peppers, Tomato slices
Snack: String Cheese
Dinner: "Camelle's Chicken Artichoke Casserole", steamed broc., sliced tomatoes and cucumbers

Beverages:
48 oz water so far
2 c coffee
1 diet caffeine free pepsi

YEA.... I saw that "camelle's chicken artichoke casserole" YUM! I love that stuff, and think I will even more this winter, it just SMELLS so warm and homey!!!!

Anyway, today here's what I had:
B: 2 scrambled eggs, veggies, coffee
S: sliced redpepper, celery and radishes (just what was left in the fridge, leaving on vacation tomorrow0
L: 2 oz cheese, lettuce, s/f dressing, tuna
S: 1/4 c. pistachios
D: "taco salad" (no tortillas!!! just meat, lettuce, tomato, sf sals, lf sourcream) YUMMMY!!! oh, and a couple grates of cheese, but since I had cheese at lunch, not much.
Dessert: fudgecicle

Exercise: 2 hours of "play time" at gymboree, swimming, moving the hose to try to water my yard but wow... not making much progress it is just SO HOT and DRY!!!, AND my 30 min walk away the pounds dvd.

Water: too much to count! It's HOT HOT HOT! Over 200 oz....

Breakfast:
Three scrambled eggs and 2 slices of nitrate free turkey bacon.
I put some SF syrup on it all. I'm weird..But I've always liked syrup on my eggs when I ate pancakes or french toast. I've always had a sweet breakfast on Saturday and this satisfied.

Snack:
None. Was at the grocery store. I had a cup of coffee with cream and splenda, like always.

Lunch:
Chopped endive with black olives and LF mozzerella cheese
dressed with spiced olive oil.
Parmesan (sp?) crusted chicken baked in the oven with some olive oil

Snack:
None, ate a late lunch.

Dinner:
Shrimp and bay scallops in a (made with FF cream and..whatever I concoct) cream sauce over portabella mushrooms.
(Haven't eaten it yet, going to go make it now.)

Dessert:
Cup of coffee with cream and splenda probably
* Edit: 1 cup of ricotta creme

I've had water! Still need more.
I've had one diet/caffine free coke

I have not worked out today, my legs are still sooo sore from belly dance class and I'm afraid to hurt myself.

L- mixed vegetables, falafel, eggplant, diet cola
S-Black eyed peas, green beans, chikin patty, salad, iced tea

*I don't have snacks on the weekends because I am usually running around shopping.

b-2tsp lite cream cheese on 2 halves of yellow squash,1c milk.

l-secret garden salad[mush,sprouts,red pepper,provolne]1c decaf cooffee with 1Tb cream.

d-grilled chicken,large salad

des-smoothie

80 oz water=========================Resting from exercise
