Okay. Yesterday I started working out again. I had a very long cheat WEEK!! lol but now I'm going back on. I worked with my resistence bands and pretty much did my entire upper body.
Before my cheat week, I was doing low carb and semi-exercising working with weights and (when I'm staying in AL with my mom) going to the hotel gym for a while.

Today, I plan to walk over to the hotel gym and work out my lower body for a little while then come back to the room and work out with the resistence bands for my upper body. But that's gonna' be VERY hard for me because I'm so shy. Okay, I just have to tell myself that it doesn't matter what people think...~~sigh~~
