Ok, today is day 7 (on program, without cheating), time to start my gym log. My promise to myself for the next month is to workout at LEAST 5 times per day. My only requirement is to do 30 minutes of cardio on the precor and a 5 minute cool down either on the precor or the bike.

Goal 5 of 7 days, Goal end date: Sunday 7/30/2006

Day 1: 1 of 5 complete

Precor: 35 minutes (including cool down) 324 calories

.... Ok a few extra calories burned today. Not much, but my intensity didn't get worse today like I thought it would.

moving up in the world. Calories went up again. I already know for sure that tomorrow will be a little lower. I'm tired man!

Yesterday I walked (in the hot NC humidity) 1.2 miles with a friend. I also jogged some of it because I could not walk as fast as her LOL
