1) Where are these jurnals I keep reading about?
2) What do the percentages mean on the graphic to the left of the messages?
3) How does that BFL guy expect me to do cardio anything when I still have trouble walking on rubber legs? (dont answer, just an observation)

Journals, there are two types. Regular journals are kept in the Bootcamp / my Journal section of the Forum off the main page, James. There are gym logs kept in the exercise forum and they have their own sub forum. Many people will maintain two of them.
The percentage Icon is an indication of how close to goal you are - it's pretty cool seeing that puppy move :)
Hope your jello legs are feeling better!

The good news is they are no longer "jello". The bad news is they are on fire, especially when they are in one position for a long time then you have to move. But then I did learn in boot camp that "pain is good, extreme pain is extremely good."

James, if you get yourself some glutamine you can reduce that 'extreme pain' tremendously. Glutamine will also help muscles from wasting and will do wonders for your immune system. It has a glucose regulating effect as well. It's the one supplement that is truly worth its weight in gold.

Been there got that. I just think my legs were a little more out of shape than I expected. My upper body was no where near that. And everyonr should expect some of this the first few workouts. And besides it only hurts when you have to move.

Yea, it hurts, but it hurts so good! The L-glut really did help though but I upped it for the evening shake and did 10 gm, usual is 5gm per shake...the next day I felt like I had "spark" again...good luck with your program...just commiserating with you!
