I am starting a gym log since I have joined the gym last week. My plan is upper body one day, and lower body the next day at least 5 days a week, and at least 30 minutes of cardio a day and as many crunches my body can handle.

Yesterday:
30 minute Pilates Glutes Class
20 minute Cardio
200+ crunches and ab machine situps
20 lb triceps and bicep curls (2 reps of 12)
25 lbs shoulder press (2 reps of 12)

Well, I feel bad today because I cheated and at Jack in the box. I was so hungry and that was the only thing that was available. But I did hit up the gym.:

Sunday, June 25th:

Upper body today..
35 minutes on Elliptical
2 reps of 15 shoulder press 25 lbs
2 reps of 15 triceps machine 35 lbs
2 reps of 15 biceps machine 35 lbs.
2 reps of 15 arm paddle
200 + sit ups
2 reps of 15 back press
