Does anyone have a recipe for low carb pita bread? I found a product that is low carb on the 'net but it does not provide the nutritional info so I'm a little scared to order. Any help will be appreciated.

I don't know where you are located but do you have any WalMarts near you? They have a pita bread called Flat Out Light. It comes in a few different flavors (regular, sun dried tomato and italian herb). They are very good and can be found near the deli section.

I have several WalMarts and Super Wal Marts around here. Thanks, I will try to find it there. Do you happen to know how many carbs are in it?

Flat out is more a flat bread. They also have Saint Josephs which is an actual pita that is low in carbs and high in fiber. Both can usually be found near the deli section, or you can ask the bakery manager for those specific products.
