the "DREADED" grocery store aisle!!!

You know the one... with the cookies, crackers and everything "bad carb" yea, THAT ONE.... well I had to walk down it this morning! And I made it. I ONLY bought 1 box of triskets.... because that was waht I was "assigned" to bring to this year end meeting/party we are having today. AND I even waited until THIS MORNING to do it, so they wouldn't even be inthe house last night when my resistance is at its weekest!!!!

OH, but I ALSO found the sugar free fudge bars. (Didn't buy any as I was on my way to work....) only 35 calories a piece too! Are those "okay" for phase 1. (no sugar... just mostly looks like chocolate ice milk....)

Good for you resisting! I stay out of that aisle as it's so hard to not want it all! You did it!!!! I am not sure about the popsicles so I'll let someone else answer! I stay pretty much on whole foods, nothing sugarfee really so I'm not up on what is or isn't allowed. I know someone will have the answer though!

I stay out of that aisle too...mostly because there is nothing that I'd now eat in that aisle anyway!! I think that I'v really changed the way I eat now. :agree:

As for the no sugar added fudgsicles :thup: ...they are legal for phase I and I love them!! I have taken 2 of them and nuked them off the sticks into a cup and put a squirt of whipped cream on top and its yummy!! :yum:

I usually shop on line, so that I can avoid those tempting aisles!!! I find shopping on line is much quicker, far less hasstle and also cheaper because although you have to pay the delivery, it FAR outweighs the added extras that we all buy if we go to the store!
