Menu:
B: two quiche cups with veggies
S: none too busy with tech guy on phone!
L: Salmon steak with pesto, spinach and asparagus yumm.
S: Cheese string
D: Leftover pork with veggies
Water 110floz
2 cups tea, 2 cups coffee

Supper : half of half a cup of w/w spaghetti with sauce ( I guess that makes that 1/4 ) ;)
Breakfast : Just ate the remaining of my supper
Snack : 1/2 an apple and Jello yay!

my menu for today;
b-Cheese Dream[cheese on 4 tomato slices,with bacon on top]1 c milk
sn-v8 w)cukes
l-1 stadium Brat on saurkraut,red relish on top of Lima Beans
sn-1c cut up APPLE
d-salad w) dress.,Baked Lemon Pepper Fish w)brocolli & cheddar cheese
des-1 c l/f yogurt
80 oz water ==========60 mins of walking

I am "excited" about today.... I feel really good, and have a plan for all my meals and snacks... AND it is day 12 of phase 1!!!
B: 1 1/2 eggs, with some ham, and veggies, and lf cheese (I made 3 eggs, but split it with my husband)
S: diet coke
L: lettuce with zucchini, red onion, cauliflower, lf homemade ranch dressing, and a "roast beef roll" (3 thin slices rb and 1 slice provolone cheese, rolled up)
S: 1/4 c. nuts.... BEFORE I go to that meeting that will have lots of food that I can't have at it. ANd I'm putting a piece of gum in my mouth and bringing my water so I won't be tempted.
D: Beef tenderloin "things", it is actually tenderized flank steak, wrapped with a piece of bacon, done on the grill. Grilled zucchini, salad,
DESSERT>.... I'm going to go buy a box of those sf fudge bars if those are "phase 1 safe".
YUM!
oh, and im on my 2nd litre of water now...and i've already been for about a 1 1/2 mile walk (5am...Kyson was up... so we went for a walk!)

Good girl! You are really getting the hang of this food thing, and you'll see some nice losses hopefully!! :)
