Menu:

B: scrambled eggs with mixed veggies sauteed
S: LF cheese string
L: 2 quiche cups with salad
S: hummus with veggies
D: Salmon stuffed wth a little pesto. Veggies

Water 120 floz

Breakfast : 2 boiled eggs, some lettuce, mayo and cheese mixed in with 2 pieces turkey bacon

Snacks : SF JELLO!!!!1

Basically I'm up the creek the rest of the day because I have no food. I'll have to find a way to the store eventually.

I'm back!!!

Exercise: 30 min elliptical (450 cals); treadmill 10 min w/5 min running

B: 3 eggs scrambled/2 slices cheese, coffee w/sugar (I'm feeling better OFF the splenda)
snack: yogurt smoothie
L: seafood salad on salad greens, water

sn-cukes sticks
l-deli ham roll ups on tossed greens
sn-1cl /f yogurt
d-salad with dress.,2 lg.salmon cakes w) mex zuchini fries
des-l/f sourcream with splenda

S: diet coke (I know I know I know....)
L: 3 boiled eggs and some cheese.
S: probably nuts
D: grilled chicken, on a salad.
Dessert: peach sf jello

Exercise: a couple hours of working in my yard after chasing my 11 month old tonight! LOL. Seriously though i think I burn a ton of calories just running around with him!!!

Hi this is the recipe

Mexican Zucchini Fries[Rachael Ray's 30 minute meals/food channel]

2 medium zucchini, [cut into 1/4" square,3"long sticks==like fries]
Veg cooking spray
1tb oregano
1tb gound cumin
1tb grilling seasoning
1c chilic sauce or mild taco sauce

Preheat oven 500 Dgress F.
arrange zucchini on a cookie sheet.Sray zucchini with cooking sray.Combine spices & sprinkle over the zucchini fries. Place in a VERY HOT OVEN and cook 15 to 18 mins..Serve hot. Topwith spoonfuls of chuili sauce or taco sauce.

Makes 4 sevings

b= 2 eggs, 1 diet coke
s- 15peanuts
L- 2 turkey roll ups (2 large pieces of lettuce, 1tbs RF MiracleWhipe, 2FF Pieces of Turkey, 1 piece of swiss cheese, mustard, salt and pepper!) These are REALLY good- taste just like a sandwich without the bread!
s- instant tea with sweetnlow
D- Tuna Patty(1 can tuna, 1 egg, seasonings) and Green Beans
des- i made those cheescake bites but with only 1 package of FF cream cheese, so going to taste that I suppose!
80oz. + of water!
Plan on running/walking 1-2 miles, and do a Windsor Pilates 20min. tape and my arms with weights!

Here's what I've had so far: (Phase2)

B:1/2 cup plain yogurtw/ 1ts splenda and 2TB sunflower seeds
2bottles of water
multivitamin

L: 1 burger, portabella mushroom, 1 slice of cheese, 2 pickles, 1TB 1 carb ketchup + mustard
2 cups of mixed salad, 6 grape tomatoes, 1/2 chickpeas
1/2 diet coke
1 bottle of water
1 pear


D: Tuna salad with mixed beans
2 cups of romaine lettuce dressed with low-cal italian
2 pieces of parma. cheese
2 bottles of water
1 pear
