Hey, Im pretty sure that this is a phase one friendly recipe, but im kind of scared to consume alot of dairy, or like cream cheese, not sure why, but anyways let me know for sure- if it is phase one friendly, you think it looks like a staller? and its best just to stay away from sweet stuff, or what?! thanks guys!
CHEESECAKE BITES
1 pkg. SF Jello
1 cup. Boiling Water
2 Pkg. RF or FF Cream Cheese, softened (8oz. packages)
Add jellp and boiling water, stir til disolved, add cream chease and stir untill of even consistency. Pour into packing pan and refridgerate till firm.

Careful with that cream cheese as we use reduced fat or fat free. We are allowed 2 cups a day total of dairy....about 4 ozs of that could include cheese. I average 1-2 ozs of low fat cheese each day.....thats just to give you an idea.
Sounds good to me...enjoy!! just watch your portion size. :agree:

I've never thought of mixing things with my jello! You've opened up a new venue in desserts!!! Jello with peanut butter tomorrow!

Haha, ewwwww, jello with peanut butter BLEUGHHH!!!!!
However, the cheese cake recipe sounds good. I would have to watch my portion control on it because I'd probably make 16 and want to eat them all!!
I'm a nightmare with things like that which is why I never make deserts.....but, if you can control it, then these look good. They would also be good as individual portions for a dinner party - LC or not!

They sound good! I never make lowcarb desserts other than fruit with cool whip as I cannot control portions. If it's in my frig I'll want all of it, lol. Peanut butter with jello Tim? I'm curious how that one turns out, ha.

Hey guys, update on the Cheesecake bites! Hey these are REALLY good!! So I did not put put both 8oz. packages of cream cheese, I used one package of SF strawberry jello, dissolved with one cup boiling water, and just one package of softened FF creamcheese, you kind of have to stir and much it up alot, and then I poured it into a circle baking pan, and it only took like an hour to jel- and then i cut it into 8 pieces just like a pie, and each slice only has avg. 30calories, 0 fat, 2carbs. and yall should try it!!!! And if your worried about going over board and eatting the whole thing, atleast it has zero fat- and the whole batch only has 240 calories, I think its a great dessert if you are ever going to eat any!!! Im just so excited about it, haha!
