Hello fellow lcers, i am just coming back onto induction today after a few days off ( i don't even wanna go there) but i am feeling kinda nauseas today. I did have some whip cream and 4 pretzels, " Im trying to fight those craving demons". Could that have cause me to feel this way?? Also TOM is here and i feel like crap!!!Why is it so hard to fight the cravings the second time around?? I did fairly well today, inspite the fact i was binging all weekend... ( family gathering). Help me lcers, i feel like i'm not gonna make it this time... It's hard sticking to the diet when i have kids that i have to buy snacks for school... I need some advice, can u help me out?? :help:

Hi Lataisha-
It sounds like a perfect storm of induction flu & TOM together. Make sure that you're eating enough of the legal food to satiate your stomach - especially once its feeling better. If you have some fresh ginger around you can steep a little in hot water as a tea - it can help a lot with nauseousness. And drink enough water. Even go out for a walk to get away from the kitchen.
Trust me - especially after a week, sometimes less, of doing it by the book you will feel so much better!!!
The pretzels, unfortunatley, are not your friends. :( But you've got friends here. :)
