Hello everyone ,
was just wondering if anyone knows of a ice drink from starbucks that is good and low carb? :yum: I did have one awhile back it had nonfat milk,splenda syrup and ice ,it was great!!! but I have no idea what the carb count was.Anyone know?

No, but milk has lots of sugar in it, so the drink may have been low fat but high carb. If you can substitute the milk for cream (or even half-n-half) you might do better, carb-wise.

I usually get an iced latte half BREVE and half WATER. It cuts the carbs and cals (if you're worried about that) and then have sf vanilla (and add another packet of splenda) :yum: Don't have their whipped cream - full of sugar.
