For those of us who love Cheesy Parmesan Bread... I made a great Parmesan Cheese omelette without the bread of course!!!

I melted butter in skillet... added parmesan cheese to cover the bottom.. let it cook until the cheese started to turn golden in color..

Then I poured my scrambled egg mixture into the skillet.. trying not to disturb the cheese...

Let the eggs cook a bit.. pulling back the edges to let the uncooked egg in to cook.....add a little more parmesan in the center of the omelette..

Then fold the omelette.. and VIOLA! It is all crispy.. cheesy on the outside.. great flavor...

I tried this this morning, and it was realy good! I used shreded havarti cheese since that's what I had available, and it made a nice pocket. :thup:.

That was delicious.....I'm going to try it tomorrow morning adding chipped steak leftover from last night.....Think that'll be good!
