I am going to a wedding this Sat and I want to know what is best to drink (alcoholic) other than wine. I love wine but may want to mix it up a bit. :D

I believe that most hard liquor is carb free. Break out the tequila shots ;)

gin, rum, whiskey anything like that mixed with Diet Cola is a good choice. Stay away from Cocktails that include Fruit juices. Oh and don't go overboard on the Alcohol. It will impair your judgement and make you eat things that you normally wouldn't eat when not intoxicated.

Also, you will need to keep your consumption to one or two drinks total for the event....if you get a wine spritzer, you can nurse that for a long time!!

Yeah, I agree, don't go overboard. The wine spritzer is always a good choice, make it long and you'll feel like you're not being cheated.
Also remember that if you do drink, your scale might be stubborn afterwards for a few days. Naturally we burn alcohol off before food....it takes a few days for our bodies to catch up.

We don't count carbs on SB..... ;) and because of this we do practice portion control. :agree: :D

Just because something has zero carbs, does not mean that we can have alot of it!!
