Menu Phase 1.5
B: omlette made with LF cheese and fresh tomatoes and mushrooms
S: 2 thin slices of jarelsburg cheese
L: smoothy made with juice of one orange and one apple, with LF yogurt.
S: 20 pistachios
D: Chicken marinaded in thia spices and then sauteed with onions, peppers, mushrooms and some asparagus.

b-garden breakfast[peppers,scallons,carrots with a fried egg on top]1c milk
sn-1 banana
l-smoked baby clams,w)green beans and shredded swiss cheese
sn-1c yogurt
d-salad w) dress,Chicken Parm NOODLE Bake[chicken,parm noodles & tomatoes] 1c zuchini & yellow squash.
des=Quick apple-cheddar crisps[recipe]
80 oz water ==========30 M exercise

lunch..small salad with a small amt blue cheese dressing and 2 slices low fat ham.didnt finish
lots of water
dinner will be..steak.spinach
snack sugar free popcycle
i have a cold and a sore throat so havent had much today

B: 3 egg whites, 1 slice of roasted turkey, 1 slice of havarti cheese (omlette)
Plain yogurt sweetened with splenda

multivitamin
L: 2 cups of romaine lettuce, 7 cherry tomatoes, 2 mini cucumbers, 5 mini boccincini, 1/3 cup romano beans
1TB PB
1 bottle of water
D: Gyros minus the pita ( onions and red peppers sauteed)
1bottle of water
1 medium apple
