my menu today-Phase 2
b-4 breaky sasauge links and stick-style apple slices [formed into a spokes of a wheel] 1c 1% milk for tea.

sn-hummus on carrot sticks

l-L/C Margherita Pizza,Large veggie salald with dress.

sn-1c s/f pudding

d- Lg cup of [homemade] veggie soup,stuffed shells with tomato sauce,1c broccoli

des-pineapple smoothie

90 oz water- 30 min exercise.

B: 3 Egg whites, 1pieces of low fat/sodium salami, 1 slice of mozza cheese (omlette)
2 bottle of water
multivitamin

L: 3 cups of romain lettuce, 5mini boccincini, 6 grape tomatoes, 1/3 romano beans, 1TB oil&vinegar
1TB sunflower seeds
1bottle of water

D: 1 chicken shish kabob with peppers, 1/2 sauteed cabbage, 1/2 cup of swiss chard
1 medium apple
3 bottles of water
