low carb poem

you can do it to

to all those that are low carbing, just
alittle story to keep you singing,

over a year ago i was really large to,
so down in the dumps and so sad and
blue,

i began the low carb diet plan, the right
choice for me,
the pounds started coming off to my
amazing eyes could see,

a thin body seemed to be coming out, it
even made me want to stand and shout,
"look at me"..."look at me".....
thinner no doubt "absolutely,"

now you to can do the same, you to can
all get into this game,

low carbing is the way to "go", and then you
can watch the pounds fall..
"low".."low".."low"..

it will take time for the results to be, but
low carbing is necessary to see,
the new you that will appear,
will be well worth it "you hear".............

so hang in there, be not dismay, for the
time will come when its your "day"......
for all the wrld to see, the new thinner
you,
and then they will know what you can do..


so eat your "low carb foods" everyday,
my dear,
and have a great and wonderful,
"HAPPY NEW YEAR"
