Tamarian, you have everything so "perfect" on the forum, hard to imagine too many changes that could possibly make it any better, but I was wondering if there was a way to make new recipes in the recipe section stand out. I hate to miss any new recipes, i.e. date on them....a flashing light, or a place on the forum that would show when new recipes have been posted. Hey, I know, I don't expect too much, do I??

I'm not Tamarian, but here's what I do. When you log on to the main forum page the forums that have new messages have a yellow light bulb beside them, if there was a new recipe in the recipe section it would have one of these beside it. Also, right under where it says Welcome..(whatever your name is) there is a link that says view new posts.
Unless you are talking about recipes in the recipe section of the web site, not the forum?

Hi Sharon,
Deirdre got it right on the 2 ways to find new posts. But if you meant for the recipes web pages, do you mean like a "New" logo next to each recipe title to indicate new recipe this week or month? We might be able to do something like that.

Thanks...to clarify...I should have said the "recipes" on this website...NOT on the forum.... I meant where we can all go and post recipes...not the "food ideas" on the forum.. Sorry, I guess I just think of the whole website as the Low Carb Forum...which isn't really correct.
I like your idea Wa'il...about indicating new for that month or something like that...wouldn't have to be too complicated.
Thanks...Deirdre and Wa'il....as you can tell somedays...the lights are on...and somedays they aren't!
