Lays is coming out with "new" potato chips fired in non-saturated oil. According to the company:

"Sunflower oil is popular with consumers because, "It has a great health profile," Papalia says. Even as it reduces saturated fats, sunflower oil increases mono- and polyunsaturated fats, which are commonly known as "good fats" that lower "bad" cholesterol."

It'd be fish n' chips all in one! :p I bet I'd stop craving potato chips real fast if it were fried in fish oil.

If I wanted chips, Id buy Grandma Utz's. They are kettle fried in lard. Other than good old animal fat, I use olive oil, coconut oil, palm oil, & butter - nothing else. I avoid seed oils, read too many bad things about them.
