Phase 2
BF: Flax waffles w/ SF Syrup, Coffee w/ Splenda and ff 1/2+1/2
Snack: none
Lunch: Whole Wheat pasta, Alfredo sauce, Steak tips and LC Tortilla w/ Cheese
Snack: SBD Snack Bar
Dinner: Steak, Popcorn, 1/2 Potato, Beans, APplesauce and a small piece Spicecake at the Chuckwagon Dinner
Snack: None
Exercise: Yardwork

lettuce wraps with turkey lunch
hummus and cucumber snack
Don't know what for dinner though...anyone have any good ideas??

b-mozz. cheese tomato & cuke slices in egg white wraps. 1 c milk for tea

l-Brown Bag Hero[salami,provolone,lettuce,tomato onWW ROLL w) Italian dress]
sn=PB on4 apple rings slices
d-salad w)dress. BlackBeans,Chicken & Salsa Casserole w) cheddar cheese.
dess=1c yogurt
80 oz water[1/2 my weight][step exercise 30 mins]

Phase 1 (last week..amen)
B: Omlette ( 2 egg whites, mushrooms, 1 slice of turkey breast and 1 slice of havarti cheese)
2 bottle of water
S: 1oz of sunflower seeds
L: Salad (2 cups, 6 cherry tomatoes,mini cucumber, 1 celery stalk chopped, 1 boccincini mozza, vinegarette 1 TB
1 bottle of water
D: Sirlon hamburger no bun with 3TB of cheddar cheese, 1ts of ketchup (0 carbs,no sugar) and 1ts of mustard, 2 slices of pickles (kosher)
2 cups of green beans, 1/2 of romano beans, tossed with 1ts oil and 1TB vinegar
small cup of yogurt (plain and sweetned with splenda)
2 bottles of water

Todays food, phase II and III
b- 1/2 cup greek strawberry yogurt w/ tbsp flaxmeal, coffee w/ ff H&H and stevia, 1 hb egg/tuna salad w/ lt mayo, grape tomatoes and cucs
s- leftover 4 oz salmon filet
l-1 cup asparagus soup, 3 ozs chicken w/ cole slaw and pickle
s-1 wasa rye cracker w/ peanut butter and apricot
d- jumbo shrimp stir fry w/ mushrooms, asparagus and broccoli in olive oil, garlic and crushed red pepper1/2 cup s/f ice cream
s- pistachios, prunes
