BF: Coffee w/ Splenda and ff 1/2+1/2, Whole Grain English muffin w/ Egg, Mayo and Cheese
Snack: none
Lunch: Ham and Cheese sandwich
Snack:none
Dinner: Ohoh Mexican food :(
Snack: none
Exercise: Yardwork

b-Hard cheese plate[munster and cheddar cheese squares on a bed of buttoned mushrooms & lettuce leaves] 1c 1% milk for tea.

sn-v8

brunch-eggbeaters with breakfast sausages,2 sl rye BREAD,1 c decaf coffee with H&H.

snack-berries with topping

d-salad w) flavered vinegar,Hickey Limas[recipe][2sl bacon. chicken strips & lima beans]

des-1c yogurt

80 oz water/ Resting from exercise today.

todays food somewhere between phase II and III

b- 1/2 cup dannon carb control yogurt w/ 1 tbsp flaxmeal, coffee w/ ff H&H and stevia
l- leftover stewed zucchini in 2 egg omelette w/ lettuce, tomato, olives and cucs w/ vinaigrette dressing
s- rye cracker w/ 1 oz lt brie, chicken on a stick
d- salmon filet w/ mashed cauliflower1/2 cup s/f ice cream
s- prunes, pistachio nuts, 1 orange

I love having leftover veggies to use in an omelette the next day. The flavors from the veggies really do make the eggs taste amazing!!
