Hi,
My Name Is Grace And I Am A New Member. Somebody Please Please Help Me, I Have Read All The Books And Stick With Atkins Diet Best. Last Time I Went On The Diet I Found Soybite Cookies. They Were The Only Thing That Kept Me On The Diet. It Was Over A Year Ago. I Bought Cartons Of Them And 2 Friends At Work Bought Them With Me. I Went Off The Diet, Gained Back 20 Lbs, Am Sick Of Myself So I Have Come Back To Atkins, But No Where On The Internet Can I Get My Precious Soybites. I Have Made Phone Calls To Everyone On The Internet That Even Had A Soybite Mention In Their Websites, I Have Walked The Malls Going Into Every Gnc Or Vitamin World Shoppe To No Avail.

These Cookies Are Baked By A Little Old Guy In The Bronx And He Wont Sell Direct Only Through A Distributor. I Cant Live Without My Soybite Cookies, Please Someone Help Me. Now That I Have Come Back To The Diet It Seems Like Most Of The Carb Products I Bought Last Year Have All But Dissapeared, I Guess The Fad Is Over, But I Still Havent Dropped The Diet, These Cookies Are 2 Carbs Each And Are Hand Baked By This Guy In The Bronx.

Looks like you can order them here:

http://www.islandnatural.com/search.cgi?COMPANY_SEARCH=SOYBITE+COOKIES

But they have a minimum order of 100 dollars.

thank you so much for trying to help, but I already contacted island naturals and they are no longer selling the cookies. its really frustrating cause you can get on their website and order them but when you get to the end they dont have any. i already called and spoke to a salesperson there. there is another website a diabetic diner or something who also lists the cookies and they dont have any either, i actually called them and told them to call island naturals and see if they could get a bulk order so i can get some but the woman at diabetic diner said she would call them then call me and i never heard from her again!!! i used to get them from netrition and i found a distributor who i got them from through paypal and he is no longer in business. its like everywhere i look is a dead end. i want them because they are delicious new york bakery style cookies and i would eat one every day for breakfast (only 2 carbs!!! and you know how bad carb reduced foods taste!) by eating something sweet for breakfast i was able to stave off sweet cravings for the rest of the day so they are vital for me to remain on this diet.

thank you, but they dont have them either. one company wrote me an e mail and I gave them the phone # for zeesoy the company that makes them and they called it and it was disconnected. i guess they are out of business. thats a real shame. i actually found someone selling them on e bay claiming they only had a few boxes left but they were the 1 carb and they are pretty awful tasting. for some reason they are smaller and dont taste as good as the 2 carb cookie. i ended up ordering some muffins (low carb) off the internet and they should be here soon. i will let you all know how they taste. i just need some sweet things to eat for breakfast then i can pretty much handle not having carbs the rest of the day. i used to buy the krusteaz low carb muffins which were awesome and they are discontinued to. i actually got some customer service rep from krusteaz who told me that. you all should tell krusteaz to start selling them again.

I feel for you! I just found out the Carbrite is discontinuing their Soy protein baking mix. Most people found it disgusting, but I used to make soy cookies that were pretty decent. I used to eat the Soy Bite cookies too, but my LC store discontinued them a while back.

You might want to check out the kitchen area. They have a subarea for sweet treats. You might have to make a substitute for yourself:

thanks, stephen, but lowcarb diner doesnt sell soybites any more. i have given up and are now buying other desert type things from low carb diner. i got a carton of "freds muffins" havent tried them yet, but they are individually packaged and they look pretty good and I got the 1 carb twists (chocolate chip) and they are awesome delicious. no transfat, no cholesterol and no sugar. I could actually live on those, they are so good, i wonder if they are mis labeled!!
