In the first few days of induction, the weight loss is mostly water correct? Does this mean you pee a lot? I have been, in fact last night I was up twice. When does this subside- I'm into my third day.

If you continue to drink the recommended amount of water it won't stop! ;) Water is a key component... drink drink drink!
If you're getting up often in the middle of the night to use the bathroom I would recommend stopping to drink two hours before bedtime and use the bathroom right before bed. This has really worked for me. I try to get mywater intake in during the day while I'm at work.

Yes, you'll carry around less water after your body adjusts to your lower-carb eating. It should be around 2 weeks time. If you fall off the wagon and eat a lot of carbs, the water part will come back for a few days.
