Menu: Phase 1.5

B: leftover steak with onions and peppers. A little Green beans and sweede.
S: none
L: huge salad with shrimp and avocado and loads of raw veggies
S: 2 cups popcorn
D: salmon with green beans and mashed sweede

Water 75 floz so far

Meal 1: 1 pear and 1 orange
Meal 2: 2 kiwis
Meal 3: 1 cup grapes and 1/2 cup apple
Meal 4: 1 cup Pineapple and 1/2 cup apple
Meal 5: 1/2 cup Peaches
Meal 6: Grilled chicken w/ Salad Greens and Lemon oil vinagrette
