The last time I went running I really messed my ankle up. It is swollen, can hardly walk on it and I’m in pain. I have been using ice and a heating pad, but does anyone have any suggestions as what else I could do to help speed up my recovery. I hate not being able to run. Thank you!

Have you seen a doctor? You don't want injure yourself beyond repair. I'd want to be sure I didn't tear or break anything? If it's fine, try epsom salts and time. ;-)

I don't think I broke anything, it's just swollen and no bruising, so probably just sprained it.
