BBC HealthWatch is looking for volunteers to join a number of differing diet plans.

I e-mailed them (diettrials~bbc.co.uk) to say I was following an LC diet and if they had a trial with that diet I would love to join them.

Watch this space for further developments. I thought if enough of us offered it might prompt them to see if they could not do a trial with LC.

Well I got an automatic response to my initial e-mail but nothing after that.

They are not starting the trial until about August. My initial excitement at the project has faded with the time lapse. You never know: if they do choose me I'd be willing to go. Am doubtful though.
