Helloooo... Greetings up north there in good ole' Petosky! I'm afraid the LC's not faring very well. 'Tis a hard road to travel, but I'm much more aware of my sugar and carb intake now. So where didst you shop in W Branch? Did you find any bargains? I never shop here... isn't it weird how everyone always thinks "the shopping's always greener on the other side?" haha!

How about a little further up north? Western end of the Upper Peninsula on the big lake. Ontonagon--work in Houghton at Michigan Tech.

This LCing is some roller coaster ride for me. I do well for a few days, then the cals go too high and I put all the lbs I lost back on. I do not understand why I am soo hungry sometimes. I eat well, no coffee, no pop, no meal replacements, carbs always in the 20's....bumming sometimes...

Hello to all in Michigan!
I've been bouncing around this sight for a few months now and I just noticed the Local Support section. I live in Milford, pretty close to half way between Ann Arbor and Troy. Even if we can't meet face to face due to geographic restrictions we can still keep in touch and talk about the crazy weather we have in Michigan(although today was beautiful), cheer on our Red Wings, and cry in our caffeine free diet pop over the Tigers and Lions.
As we are coming into Michigan cherry season, does anyone know how many carbs are in a cup of cherries?

Just one more victory for the Wings tomorrow and the Stanley Cup is back in Detroit. I hope they can win tomorrow night in front of the home town crowd. What a party they will have in the streets of downtown!

Mark Hi, my sister in law ,bil,nephews all live in Hubbell. North of Houghton in the Keewenaw Peninsula.
I live in Casco, which is near 26 mile/I 94... Cindy
