Just moved back to states.
I had been using the Atkins mix overseas but we all know its discontinued

I know how to make a good one myself but sometimes time available precludes that as an option

A lot of the products previously available are now gone

Can anyone recommend a good one available on line nowadays? & let me know where to get.

Let me know which one you like best that is currently available

Carbquik is similar to bisquik you can order it at www.netrition.com

I dont mind the taste but some find it to taste a little salty.

I use Sherrielee's recipe and it only takes a few minutes. I can't imagine how a mix is much faster. The pancakes are just like the old high carb kind in both taste and texture. Netrition has a few mixes on their website but I haven't tried any of them. I use the Carbsense Zero Carb baking mix instead of Atkins mix in Sherrielee's recipe but you could Carbquik also. She also has info on how to make your own Atkins mix for future use.

I really like Carbquik. I use it like I would Bisquick to make pancakes.

I sub the 1/2 cup milk for 1/4 cup heavy cream and 1/4 cup DaVinci syrup. I use one egg, mix it all together and fry it in oil.

They are good!! :yum:
