Is dry skin a side affect of a low carb diet ? about a month after I started I noticed that my skin has gotten drier and drier, especially around my eyes and lips......I do drink any where from 2-6 liters of water a day.

Any ideas ?

This is just an idea, but are you eating enough fat?

I remember when I was on a low fat diet I had really dry skin.
Maybe there is a link?
