PHASE II, but not properly. I have bad chest infection and so I am eating on plan, but very little as often as I can. No where near enough veggies for a typical day!

B: half a salmon steak with leeks
S: 2 cups plain popcorn
L: cheese string
S: Small banana
D: lamb stew with pearl barley

Water 100 floz
2 cups of tea

d-salad w) dress.2 Hamburgers on 2 WW BUNS ,8 FRENCH FRIES.

80 oz water no exercising.
