Menu phase II:

B: leftover chicken salsa with green beans
S: Small banana
L: Tuna/mayo salad
S: Cherry tomatoes cucumber and carrots
D: Chicked fajitas (no bread) with guacamole and peppers

Water 100 floz
2 cups of coffee with semi skimmed milk

Phase 2

Breakfast: 2 eggs, with creamcheese, green onion and bacon, with left over roasted zucchini.
Snack: A little bit of left over tuna salad and cucumbers
Lunch: burger with mayo tomato on a bed of mixed greens, left over zucchini
Snack: blue berries and cottage cheese
Dinner: Grilled chicken and a loaded salad
Dessert: I'm planning on making a mousse (I'm just craving something sweet latley and trying not to cave)

Workout- today I rest

Water: almost 3 liters so far.

my menu today

b=HF CEREAL with berries, and milk.
sn-Cream cheese on cukes
l-L/C W/W deep dish PIZZA with a lg salad & dress.
sn=1c yogurt with s/f choc syrup
d=salad with dress. pork strips peppers, onions & T.S. in a WW PITA bread.

I KNOW 3 BREAD/GRAIN PRODUCTS. Will do better next week.
