Are we supposed to subtract the fiber grams from our veggies on induction? Does the P.L.A.N. calculator subtract them out automatically or do we subtract them. Thanks in advance for any help!

Yes - on Atkins we count net carbs (total carbs less fibre carbs).
I dont use My P.L.A.N. so cant answer the other question, but I am sure someone will be along soon to help you on that.
BTW if you are reading labels for the carb counts and are in UK or Europe then the carbs shown have already had the fibre deducted, so our labels show net carbs already.

Thanks, I love veggies and it helps to subtract the fiber :)

I always subtract the fiber from my veggies because that way I get to eat even MORE veggies.
No idea about the PLAN. I use a notebook, pen and the most recent version of Corinne Netzer's Food Counts book.
