Was at my folks place yesterday and for dessert my mother served frozen grapes...red and green...with wonderful old cheddar. I did try the grapes, just a few, and they were amazing. What I am wondering is, does freezing them intensify the sugar somehow. They certainly tasted sweeter, though I can't imagine the carb count would increase?
