Bloody hell - I've taken Ambian for a sleep disorder for the last few months. I hope I'm not one of those who wake up in the middle of the night (without knowing it) and start frying myself some fish or something...........

I saw a guy last night on Mystery Diagnosis who had a weird sleeping disorder. He would get up and make himself peanut butter and jelly sandwiches using the telephone handset and TV remote as the bread! :D They got really concerned when one night he put all the crystal vases on the floor and turned on the burner to the stove and went back to bed. He had no memory of anything the next day, he thought his wife was making it all up.

I sleep much better and deeper on low carb diet. I think that one of the B vitamins helps you dream in color. My findings are that the more amino acids I consume -- the deeper I sleep.

So I can believe that drugs and nutrition effect sleep.

OMG Aqua I just came on here to post that.
Seriously happens.
My sister has been taking Ambien, and she "sleep eats". She wakes up and finds candy hidden in her laundry hamper & food in her bed. One night she woke up in the back of their VW Jetta wagon eating cookies. Around Easter time she woke up in the morning with a chocolate bunny stuck to her chest!!!
Personally I think it is time for her to stop sleeping naked!!!
It all sounded funny to me, and everyone kind of laughed it off. But this is stunning!!! I am going to shoot that link off to her. Quite interesting.
I heard about Zombie Driving just the other day. That was one of my concerns with her Sleep Eating was that she might get the keys and take off in the car.
Having sex while you are asleep sounds like the least of the evils they listed. This might best describe my first marriage ;) and I didn't need Ambien!!! LOL
