Menu today:

Phase II

B: oatmeal with skimmed milk and splenda (third of a cup dry weight)
S: one hard boiled egg
L: Shrimp salad with mayo and a bit of avocado
S: Handful of grapes
D: Roast chicken and veggies

Water so far 80 floz

Phase 1.5- will add 1 apple + pnut butter/day

exercise: recumbant bike for 10min warm up, 1 1/2hr muscle/cardio class, tonite, 2 hr tennis drills (if there's an opening!)

B: 3 egg omelette w/low fat alpine lace swiss slice, lots of baby spinach, coffee, water
snack: 1 c yogurt
L: leftover chicken/spinach and mushrooms from last nite (WAS Yummy!!)
snack: apple/pnut butter
D: roasted chicken, more sauteed spinach/garlic, mashed cauliflower

Phase II
Brunch: egg beaters (1/2 c.), asparagus, 4 oz. 2% cottage cheese
S: smoothie
D: ? something light due to a double shift & very late meal
Kind of a weird food day due to a funky work schedule & no breaks.

Phase II --

B: Breakfast shake
S: V8 and mozza cheese stick
L: Hubby took me out to lunch: salmond and tuna sashimi, miso soup and some salad
S: 1/2 grapefruit and some splenda
D: probably chicken and veggies
D: probably fudgesicle

Phase 2

Breakfast: Eggs with bacon and scallions
Snack: frozen berries
Lunch: Chicken and broccoli
Snack:roast beef
Dinner: Chicken a spinach with grape tomatoes.
Dessert: Sugar free popsicle

Workout: 30 minutes of something TOM arrived and I haven't working out like I sould. I did 30 minutes of the method pilates.

Water: so far 100 ounces.
