My menu will look like this :)

Phase II

B: roast chicken with leftover veggies (routabaga, sprouts, carrots, cabbage)
S: 6 white grapes
L: Tuna Salad with red pepper, lettuce, avocado and mayo
S: One large stick celery with 1 tablespoon peanut butter
D: Salmon in thai spices with onions, peppers and mushrooms
S: small nectarine

Water 125 floz

2 cups of coffee with skimmed milk

Phase 1:

exercise: none yet, I did 2 hrs tennis last nite after lifting weights in am....will try to run on treadmill tonite.

B: 2 eggs scrambled, 1 slice cheese, baby carrots, coffee, water
snack: 1 c non fat yogurt
L; salad w/chicken, non fat dressing (vinagrette), water
snacK; apple w/pnut butter
D; chicken sauteed in olive oil, cauliflower, 1/2c green beans, water

Hi Here my Phase 1.5 menu for today

b-2 Hard Boiled eggs,sliced and put into 6 slices of l/f hams fold overs,1 c milk.
sn-v8 with celery stirrer.
l-hummus on cukes with turnip greens
sn-1c l/f yogurt
d-salad, w) dress,steak tips on a portabella mushroom & brocolli in a burgundy wine sauce.
des-1 peach

Phase 2

Breakfast: Hard boiled egg, piece of cheese and a glass of v8
Snack: frozen berries
Lunch bacon tomato and blue cheese with baby spinach with ranch dressing
Snack: roast beef
Dinner: ribs with no sauce, zucchini pancakes and mixed greens with grape tomatoes and ranch dressing.
Dessert: sugar free popsicle.

Workout: 45 minutes of strip to fit.

Snack: 1 Kiwi
Lunch: 1 egg and cheese omelett with Turkeybacon
