Menu: Phase II

S: LF cheese string
B: cheese omlette with mushrooms and turkey bacon
S: 2 slices cold cooked beef
L: cup of chicken veggie soup
S: 1.5 cups mixed veggies sauteed in 1tblsp olive oil
D: Chili made with 1/4 cup kidney beans and ground lean pork. A selection of veggies to go with that.

2 Home made cappuccino made with half cup skimmed milk

Phase 1 (last day!)

Breakfast- 2 eggs, spinach mushroom and turkey bacon, green tea
Snack- turkey and lettuce wrap
Lunch- beef with brocooli and water chestnuts
Snack- Celery with cheese
Dinner- scallops over greens and tomatoes
Dessert- sugarfree popsicle
Water- I have only had about 24 ounces so far
Workout- 60 minutes of yoga.

Phase 2

b-salmon burgers[recipe] wax beans 1c 1% milk for tea.
sn-lite cream cheese on cuke
l-huge salad with dress,
sn-n/f 1c yogurt
d-salad with dress,bay scallops,carrots & brussel sprouts.
des-1/2 grapefruit

80 oz of water with 2 16 oz mugs [32 oz] of plain herb tea.

phase 1:

Exercise: weights- arms, biceps, triceps, chest (x2), freeweights, run 6.3 for 15 minutes.

B: 2 eggs, 2 whites, baby spinach, sm slice meunster cheese, coffee, water
snack: 1 c nonfat yogurt,baby carrots (6), celery sticks (5)
L: broccoli (raw), baby carrots (6), sauteed eggplant/mushrooms, (this really filled me up!)

Phase II --
B: Breakfast Shake + 1 wedge of lowfat laughing cow about 30 minutes after. Hungry again today :(
S (#2 I guess): light mozza stick and V8 mini can
L: tuna w/ a tbsp of light mayo, baby spinach w/ sliced egg salad and no calorie vinagrette dressing, 20 pistachios
S: 1/2 grapefruit w/ packet of Splenda

Ok here goes:

B: 2 fried eggs on canola oil over a spinach/cauliflower/.25oz2%cheese and 1 oz lf cream cheese stirfry. 1 cup coffee with lf coffee mate sf
S: FF yogurt
L: 1 cup yellow/green squash with lite butter/ 4oz chicken breast with hm(1tbsp mayo, 1tsp mustard, 1 packet of sweetner, 1oz lemon)
S: 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese, sf jam
D: TBD
