Phase 1:

Exercise: 5min stationary bike warmup, weights=chest,back,
pecks,triceps,biceps, 35min elliptical (350cals burned)

B: 3 eggs, sm slice ham, 1 slice cheese, cucumber (GREEN!!! :D VEGGIE!), coffee, water
snack: 8 baby carrots, cheese stick, 1c nonfat yogurt
L: tuna on salad + another cucumber
snack: WATER, peanuts
D: chicken sauteed in olive oil, fresh broccoli, 1c green beans

morning weight: 176.5.....SLOOOOOOOOW progress!! :p

b - lox, bananna w/ sf peanut butter, sf carnation breakfast choc milk
s - vs low sodium
l - lettuce w/tomato, cucumber, olives, oil&vinegar, grape tomatoes, 2% cheese slice, hot and sour soup w/ shitake, bamboo shoots, tofu,sf jello
s - 94% fat free popcorn, couldnt resist
d - chicken stuffed with spinach and gorganzola, greenbeans
s - none

b-Peach cups[1/8 sweetened ricotta cheese in cavities of 2 peach 1/2's]1 c 1% milk for tea.
sn-v8
l-salami,provolone & tomato slices on a bed of lettuce leaves
s-1c yogurt
d-Louisana Casserole[recipe]black beans, peppers, onions & chicken strips on a bed of Brown Rice**
des-baked apple

Phase 2

B: 1 cup routabaga, one third cup carrots, one third cup sprouts, one third cup cabbage. Sauteed off in olive oil.
S: LF cheese string
L: Home made Chicken/Veggie Soup, made with carrots, leeks, onions, parsnip, and brussels.
Two cappuccino (home made) with half a cup of skimmed milk.
S: handful of green grapes
D: Lean steak with onions and peppers and broccoli.
