Ok girls and guys....another day another menu!
What have you been eating today?

Menu: Phase 2

B: Hot oat cereal made with skimmed milk and splenda
S: LF cheese string
L: Salmon with thai spices and cauliflower, cabbage and carrots
S: none
D: salad with apple and cooked chicken
S: 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Water 100 floz

Phase 2

BF: Coffee w/ Splenda and FF 1/2+1/2, 2 eggs, 2 Turkeybacon, 1 Slice Rye bread
Snack: None
Lunch: 2 Soft tacos
Snack: none
Dinner: Steak, Porkchop and Veggies
Snack: 1/4 Cup FF Cottage cheese w/ SF Davinci Syrup

b-1/2 c Weight Control Hot Cereal,with blackberries & 1c 1 % milk.
sn-hummus on cuke slices
l-turkey sausage on chopped broccoli w) tomato sauce.
sn-1c l/f yogurt
d-fish fillet with mashed cauiflower & baby whole carrots.
des-1 baked apple.

One grain carb per day

Planning on 80 oz of water[1/2 my weight]

exercising for 75 mins[walk tape & bike]
