Hello, I found this forum a few days ago and thought what a great place to go for support. I started the SB diet this past Monday and I am on day 6 of Phase I, I have lost 7lbs so far. I am doing really well so far, which is good for me, because I tend to fall off the wagon quickly when dieting. I do need to start finding some new recipes for lunch and breakfast as I am eating pretty much the same thing every day! Looking forward to some great information on this site!

Hi just wanted to welcome you to SB.
As for food ideas think outside of the box. I eat lunch or dinner type foods for breakfast. Just look at the food list and have protein, and veggie at each meal.
This morning for me I had salad for breakfast. Might have boiled egg for snack later. I get tired of lettuce so I have all the salad veggies no lettuce and a little salad dressing. :yum:

I agree with skippie, I eat leftovers from the night before usually for breakfast. That way, I have always got something to have that I don't need to cook in the mornings, I can just re-heat it, and it takes the 'thinking' part out of it for me too!
