Hello everyone. Just wanted to let you know that I've dropped another pound and 2.5" in the important areas. My holidays were super, although, I think I may have splurged a little. No harm done though and I'm back on track.

I just wanted to make sure I ended the year with a great big THANK YOU and to wish you all a wonderfully blessed and happy new year ahead.

Hi everyone.

Thank you Shauna (I hope I spelt that right). I appreciate your thoughts. I've been working hard. Sometimes I feel like I'm up against a brick wall, but I know thats just because I'm being impatient.
