I just take a multi-vitamin every day. I use the generic Wal-mart brand (Equate) for weight control or weight loss (can't remember). Anyway, I got a big bottle for like five dollars.

I use vitamin C (1000mg or 500mg) and 400UI of natural (d-alpha) vitamin E.

I am sure that the C strenghtens my immunitary system. I have been more resistant to winter illnesses for 3 yrs and the E contributes to give colors to my skin.

I got the women's one-a-day vitamin when I started the diet. But I had to stop taking them after two days... they uhhhhh... totally tie me up. I may try to take them in a few months as my food intake lowers, but for now I'm tracking my nutrition requirements pretty closely on fitday, and I'm hitting all of my RDAs. :)
