What kind of exercise does everybody do? How often, how long? Let's share! :wave:

My gym membership expired today, and I'm not renewing. Most of my exercise has been working in my basement remodelling (painting, papering, putting up drywall, tiling, staining wood... there is something to do almost everyday!) I am saving up to buy a used elliptical machine, since that is my favourite exercise. It burns calories like mad, and it's soooooo easy! Way better than any other exercise I've ever done. Can't wait until the basement is done and I get to have my elliptical!
Otherwise, I try to squeeze in a walk here or there.

I also love the elliptical machine. I do 45 minutes 4 times a week. I also do the Billy Blanks Bootcamp Tae BO DVD. Those DVD's burn the same amount if not MORE calories than the elliptical trainer..

I exercise on a pseudo-elliptical (don't think it's a true ellip) - it's a Sky Glider. Think knock-off of the Tony Little Gazelle here. I do 20 min every other day, and on the alternating days I do toning with resistance bands. Mostly upper body on that. I take one day off per week. I've been doing it steadily for just about a month now. I'm proud of me! I especially love the Gym Log here, so I can post what I do each day.

I am a member of Curves so I do 1 hr workouts combined toning and cardio 6 days a week. I have never been able to stick with a working out but with Curves I have been for close to a year now.

I used to be a huge fan of the elliptical but I recently discovered the good ol' treadmill! *lol*
I usually walk for 60 minutes or more at least 4 days a week. Last week I found a Walk Away The Pounds 2 mile tape in a thrift store for two bucks so I bought that and I love it! Best two bucks I ever spent! The time goes by so quickly, but it's a great 30 minute workout. I do that in the mornings, mainly when I don't feel like the gym. So now, I'll be alternating between that and the treadmill and occasionally the elliptical!

Kiksite: We have the same routine. Tae Bo's the way for me. Love it. and my Eliptical I love to get as close to 500 cals burnt as I can. I just don't understand and hour on my treadmill and i have gone 3 miles an hour on the elip I only go like 1.5 maybe 2 miles seems unlikely.
