Not living in the UK, but any Plain fat free yogurt will do for Phase 1. I usually buy the Dannon Fat free Plain yogurt and add some Splenda and Vanilla extract or some SF Davinci Syrup to it. Once you get to Phase 2 you can add some fresh fruit to it.

This link takes me to their main page and not to the item you selected.
Miezimau gave you the correct information for you to be able to make the best choice possible for your phase I yogurt. Fat free, plain yogurt is what you need to find. Then you can add your own sweetner and flavorings.
Make sense?

Plain, non fat yogurt should not contain any ingredients in it with 'ose endings. It should be plain and have only natural ingredients.
