I can only answer as I'm on SB. I wouldn't suggest it for SB as as the slim jims if I recall have a lot of fat, and both have way too much salt.

Maybe you should ask this in general LC thread.

Yes they are, but as already said .. the sodium will kill ya !
They are a great snack if you get caught out and do not eat them often.

While they are low carb, we are not recommended to eat processed meats on the SBD. Both of these meats are highly processed and loaded with salt!!
